Jump/Cut is about love and friendship: what we do to get them and what they end up costing us. The play centers around Dave who is living with bipolar disorder. His best friend, a filmmaker named Paul, has allowed Dave to crash on his couch. But three proves to be a crowd when Karen, Paul’s new girlfriend, moves in. A love triangle develops and just as things start to spiral out of control, Karen makes a suggestion to help them all make a documentary about Dave and the illness he lives with. If you can, it is well worth seeing; tickets are only $25 and it runs until March 26th at the Arena Stage in Hollywood.
